Privacy Policy & Terms
Dynamic Fitness LI, LLC D/B/A Dynamic Studio (referred to herein as “Dynamic”) and the undersigned client (referred to herein as the “Client”), hereby agree to the following terms and conditions regarding Client’s use of this studio.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Scheduled classes may be cancelled with twelve (12) hours notice to Dynamic from the Client. If notice of cancellation for a scheduled session is not received within twelve (12) hours prior to a scheduled class, Client agrees that they will forfeit one (1) class credit, and will be automatically billed a Ten ($10.00) Dollar ‘Late Cancel Fee.’ In the event of a No Show, Client agrees that they will forfeit one (1) class credit, and will automatically be billed a Twenty ($20.00) Dollar ‘No Show Fee.’
PUNCTUALITY
Client is required to arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the class. This allows for adequate time to check-in, although we allow a 5-minute grace period for our current and existing clients.
To maintain the integrity of the class and minimize disruptions, we have a zero-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Clients who arrive more than five (5) minutes after the class has started will be turned away and will not be permitted to join the session.
PHYSICAL CONTACT
Client acknowledges that an instructor may need to make physical contact in order to correct exercise technique or otherwise provide instruction. Client acknowledges and accepts that such contact is intended to be professional and Client consents to such physical contact. If at any time Client is uncomfortable with the instructor’s physical contact, Client agrees to express their preference to forego the instructional benefit of such contact in confidence to the instructor and Dynamic.
PACKAGE REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds on purchased packages. We do not issue refunds for any packages or classes once they have been attended. This policy applies to all circumstances, regardless of the reason for the refund request.
By purchasing our packages or attending our classes, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this no-refund policy.
ALLERGIES
The Client acknowledges and agrees to inform the Instructor of any known allergies, that may affect their ability to safely participate in fitness instruction. This includes but is not limited to any food, environmental, or contact allergies. The instructor will make reasonable accommodations to ensure the Client’s safety during sessions; however, it is the Client’s responsibility to disclose all relevant health information prior to starting any fitness program. Failure to disclose such information may limit the Instructor’s ability to provide a safe and effective fitness experience.
PHOTO/MEDIA RELEASE/SECURITY CAMERAS
Client grants permission to Dynamic to utilize any photographs, motion pictures, video recording, recordings and other references or records of Classes or Activities which may depict, record or refer to Client (the “Images”) for any purpose including commercial use by Dynamic and its licensees. This permission is for use anywhere in the world and on the Internet across various Social Media platforms and Dynamic’s website and for an unlimited period of time. I hereby assign to Dynamic all right, title and interest I may have in and to the Images and any materials comprising all or any part of the Images, including all intellectual property rights thereto. I hereby irrevocably waive any and all of my moral rights and any other irrevocable rights I may have in or to the Images and any materials comprising all or part of the Images.
Client acknowledges and agrees that Dynamic is equipped with security cameras for the purposes of ensuring safety, security, and monitoring the premises. These cameras may record audio and/or video in both public and non-public areas of the studio, including the workout spaces, entryways, and other common areas. The footage may be used for security purposes, facility management, and in the event of disputes or incidents. Client consents to being recorded while on the premises and understands that recordings may be retained for a reasonable period of time.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE – CLEANING
After each session, Client is required to clean the reformer and any other equipment or props used during the class. Disinfectant wipes or sprays will be provided for this purpose. Cleaning the equipment helps maintain hygiene and ensures a pleasant experience for the next Client.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE – PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Store your personal belongings in designated areas provided. It is strongly encouraged that all valuable items be left at home. Dynamic is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE- RESPECT FOR STUDIO SPACE
Client shall show respect for the studio space by treating all equipment, props, and furnishings with care. Client shall avoid placing personal belongings on the reformers or other equipment, and shall utilize designated storage areas for personal items.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE- RESPECT FOR STAFF AND FELLOW CLASSMATES
Dynamic believes in creating a space that is welcoming for everyone, and expects all Clients to contribute to this welcoming environment. Dynamic reserves the right to dismiss Clients who are disrespectful to our team and/or Clients.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE- NO GUESTS OR CHILDREN
Children under the age of sixteen (16) are not permitted in the Studio, either as participants in classes or as accompanying guests of a Client.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE- SHOE FREE ENVIRONMENT
Upon entering the studio, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes and place them in the designated shoe storage area. This helps maintain cleanliness and prevents outside dirt and debris from being brought into the studio space.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE- PHONES
Phone usage during class or in the session space is not permitted, as it can be disruptive and distracting to the instructor and fellow Clients. Client is required to silence all phones before entering the studio space. In the event that a phone rings during class, our studio staff will promptly and discreetly silence it to minimize disruption.
We understand that emergencies or urgent matters may arise, and we aim to handle such situations with sensitivity while ensuring minimal impact on the class environment.
PRENATAL CLIENTS
Prior to participating in Pilates classes during pregnancy or in the early postpartum period, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider to obtain medical clearance. This ensures that you are ready and safe to engage in physical exercise.
We encourage open communication between our instructors and prenatal clients. Please feel free to share any relevant information, concerns, or limitations related to your pregnancy. This allows us to better support you and tailor the exercises to your individual needs. Our instructors are trained to provide appropriate modifications and rest breaks for prenatal clients. We prioritize your comfort and safety throughout the class, ensuring that the exercises are suitable for your stage of pregnancy. Please communicate any discomfort or need for modifications during the class.

CLASS REMINDERS
Dynamic will send out a reminder regarding scheduled class(es) at least one (1) day prior to the class start time. If the scheduling system is unable to reach Client, or the reminder is not received, Client acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to remember scheduled class times.
